Mat 28:18.
"And, approaching, Jesus speaks to them saying, 'Given to Me was all authority in heaven and on the earth.'"
Compare that with 2 Thess 2:9.
"Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,"
According to the gospels, the coming of Jesus is with power (Luke 21:27).
