Be interesting to see if there were ever a prenupt (or a postnupt if such a thing exists) that specifies adultery as a deal breaker which would result in forfeiture of pretty much everything.  Of course, for such a thing to exist the parties would surely recognize a history exists...otherwise why go into a contract with a stipulation like this?
